A spreadsheet of cases goes in, the cases are shared out among people, each run generates the evidence on the computer of whoever runs it, and the spreadsheet comes back with your original columns untouched.

What comes out, and where each thing lives

An evidence document comes out in these formats, and every one of them is born on your computer:

On your computer: the video, the audio, the transcript and the making of the document. On the server: your account, the seats and the invoice. That is the line, and it does not move on the paid plan.

The files open in Word, PowerPoint, the browser and your LMS. The pre-filled link pastes into Jira, Zephyr, Xray or TestRail — it is an address, not an automatic integration.

The licence is checked inside your computer and works with no internet. That is an advantage and a limitation at once: revoking a seat respects the 1-to-90-day window whoever administers it chose.

About the labels: soon is what does not exist yet and is listed because it is next. Beta works, but depends on us at some step — it is not self-service yet. Under study is what we are still learning whether to build, and nothing on the cards depends on it. Anything without a label is in production.

We have no customer testimonial to show you, and we are not going to invent one: the proof we do offer is better anyway — verifying that nothing leaves takes thirty seconds, in the browser you already have open, and does not depend on believing us.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Anyone entering the account for the first time gets 14 days with everything in Team, no card and no checkout. When the 14 days end, nothing is charged: the account goes back to Free, and what you already produced stays on your computer.

Do I need a card to use Free?

No. No card and no account.

What happens if I cancel?

Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. After that Free keeps working, and you export your templates and your scripts.

Do you receive my video?

No, on no plan. Video, audio and transcript are processed on your computer and are not sent anywhere.

How does invoicing work?

Stripe does the billing. The invoice follows the payment, and the link to it appears in your account once it exists.

Can I buy 3 seats and grow later?

Yes. The number of seats is adjustable in your account at any time.

Does the licence work offline?

It does. It is checked on your computer. In exchange, revoking a seat respects the 1-to-90-day window whoever administers it chose.
