Walkstamp

Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 August 2026 (name change).

Until 14 August 2026 this service was called ClipContext and lived at clipcontext.app. The name changed; the controller, the data processing and the terms did not.

1. Who provides the service

Walkstamp is provided by Produtize Produtos e Serviços Inteligentes Ltda., a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 48.417.292/0001-99 (“we”). Contact: privacidade@walkstamp.com.

2. What the service is

Walkstamp is a free tool that runs in the browser and converts a video file into a document — PDF, Word, or a package of images — containing the frames where the screen changes and, optionally, a transcript of the audio. Processing happens entirely on the user's device: the video, the audio and the transcript are never sent to us, and we have no way to access them.

3. Acceptance

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

4. Permitted use

You may use Walkstamp for personal or commercial purposes, at no cost. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights over the videos you process.

5. Prohibited use

Since we have no access to what you process, responsibility for these limits is entirely yours.

6. Ownership of your content

Your videos and the PDFs generated are yours. We claim no rights over them, and could not: none of it passes through us.

7. Ownership of the code

The Walkstamp code is ours and is not distributed under a free licence. You may use the tool as much as you like, personally or commercially, and what it produces is yours — but copying, redistributing or publishing the code is not authorised.

An honest caveat: until 14 August 2026 earlier versions of this tool were published under the MIT licence, under the name ClipContext. Anyone who obtained those versions keeps the rights MIT granted over them — a licence already granted cannot be taken back. The change applies from this version onwards.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the extracted images, the transcript or the PDF are correct, complete or fit for any particular purpose. Automatic transcription is produced by a statistical model and contains errors. The extracted frames are samples of the video, and moments between two captures do not appear in the document.

Important decisions should not rely solely on the tool's output without checking against the original video.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including data loss, lost profits or business interruption. As a free service that collects no data, use is at the user's own risk.

10. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. Since the code is open, you can keep your own copy running independently.

11. Third-party services

The tool loads third-party libraries and models over the internet. We are not responsible for the availability or the content of those services.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top indicates the latest revision, and continued use after changes means acceptance of the new version.

13. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: your videos never reach us, usage measurement is anonymous, and the only personal data that exists is the e-mail you optionally leave on the notification list.

14. Paid plans and the notification list

Today nothing is for sale. The plans described on the pricing page are intent, not an offer, and create no obligation to sell or to ship. Leaving your e-mail on the notification list is not a purchase, not a reservation and creates no relationship: it exists to send you one notice, and can be undone at any time through privacidade@walkstamp.com.

If and when a paid plan exists, it will have its own terms, presented before any purchase. The free plan described here will not lose features because of it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Where consumer protection legislation applies, the courts of the user's domicile are elected to settle disputes.
